PARKING
May we draw your attention to our parking rules which are clearly outlined in the school brochure.
We do NOT have room for parents to bring cars up the school drive.
Unfortunately, this morning, a child was badly shaken up because a parent was coming up the drive, driving too fast and almost knocked the child over.
PLEASE DO NOT BE THE ONE WHO CAUSES AN ACCIDENT.

WELCOME!!
A big, big welcome to all of our new reception children. They have settled in beautifully and look so smart in their uniforms.
We would now ask that, as from next week, you start to encourage a little independence by letting your child come through the doors by themselves. All of the early years? staff will be there to reassure the children. We may do things differently from other schools but our OFSTED report states that the sensitive way in which we encourage our 'new' children into school is outstanding.
We are very proud of this.
Please trust us!

HOT MEALS
Please make cheques payable to AIP when ordering hot lunches. Also, if the menu states that a meal is 'hot and spicy' then it is just that. The chilli con carne is also quite hot.

CLASSROOMS
Class teachers have asked that parents do not tap on windows and doors to the classrooms to attract children?s attention. This disrupts ALL of the children and undermines the class teacher's positive behaviour plans.
Could parents please not gather on the grass around the mobile classrooms. There is still a lot of work to be done and the grass is getting churned up. Thank you.

CONGRATULATIONS!
One of our ex pupils is getting married tomorrow. Good Luck to Michelle Edge and Scott. We wish you love and luck.
Be happy!

REMINDER!!
If you would like to see a class teacher could you please call at the front office and we will make an appointment. We try to keep morning free as the staff are on duty from 8:40am and need to supervise children coming into the classroom.

Also. There have been one or two incidents this week where parents have been rude and aggressive towards my staff.
This is totally unacceptable. We are here to teach children and we do a very good job.
Please treat my staff as you would like to be treated yourself.
