6 Oct 2006 - Newsletter
THANK YOU!
to
Mrs Jean Webb who has crossed children and parents across the road in sleet, rain and frost.
Thank you for keeping us safe and for greeting everyone with a smile.
WELCOME!
to
Mrs Cooper who will be on the crossing each morning and evening.
Harvest festival
It was a pleasure to welcome Revd Derek Arnold to our school at the Harvest Festival. We look forward to working with him and have already put a date in the diary for him to lead Collective Worship.
A big Thank You to all the parents who came into school for our service on Friday morning. It was disappointing not to have visited the church but at least we know we can all squeeze into the hall.
Send-a-cow
Thank you for you generosity for the send-a-cow charity donations.
The envelopes were decorated superbly by the children. When the money has been counted the illustrations will be displayed. They are delightful.
Politeness Award
Presented to Danny Bold in RS. for always behaving in a courteous manner.
Mrs Perkins
I?m sure you have all spotted that the newsletter is not up to its usual quality!
Mrs Perkins was involved in a car accident during the stormy weather on Thursday evening.
She is OK but bruised with a few cracked ribs and is obviously very shocked.
But you can?t keep a good woman down so I?m sure we will see her back with us soon.
Keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Mrs Noon is making a steady recovery after surgery and we hope to see her back just before Christmas.
