Early Years:

The Early Years unit at St John's CE First School comprises of 2 classes

RM and RS. Our early years teachers are Mrs Morell and Mrs Slack.  Mrs Slack has just become a new mum. Her beautiful daughter is called Rebekah Elizabeth. Miss Tees is really enjoying the opportunity of teaching RS whilst Mrs Slack is on maternity leave. The teaching Assistants in the Reception classes are Mrs Edge and Mrs Wilcox and the Lunchtime Superintendents are Mrs Evans and Ms Wake.

Year 1:

Year 1 at St John's CE First School  comprises of 2 classes 1GH and 1NC. Year 1's teachers are Mrs Graves, Miss Handley, Mrs Noon and Mrs Clifford. The teaching Assistants are Mrs Heaselgrave and Mrs Lavery. Mrs Heaselgrave is the Lunchtime Superintendent for 1GH whilst 1NC are supervised at lunchtime by Mrs Nichols.

Year 2:

The Year 2 teachers are Miss Amos in 2A and Miss Rehman  who teaches 2R and the Teaching Assistants are Mrs Wilding and Ms Parle. Mrs Wilding is also the Lunchtime Superintendent for 2A . She was joined in September 2006 by Mrs Waring who looks after 2R at lunchtime.

Year 3:

Year 3 at St John's CE First School comprises of 2 classes 3A and the 3R Year 3's teachers are Miss Arch and Mrs Rees. The Teaching Assistants and Lunchtime Superintendents for these two classes are Mrs Matthews and Mrs Paine.

Year 4:

Year 4 at St John's CE First School comprises of 2 classes 4D and 4B. Year 4's teachers are Mr Drackley and Mrs Bartholomew and their Teaching Assistants are Mrs Crumpton and Mrs Cameron. Mrs McMahon and Mrs Jones are the Lunchtime Superintendents for these two classes.

Year 5:

The teachers in Year 5 are Mrs Lowe and Miss Partridge. The Teaching Assistant in 5L is Miss Harding and the Teaching Assistant in Year 5P is Mrs Bourne. The Lunchtime Superintendents are Mrs Tandy and Mrs Pugh.
